Hi all!
I want to address a few of the most common questions we've been receiving about the surveys all in one place!
Q: I haven't received my survey yet. Where is it?
A: There could be a couple of reasons! Let's go over them one at a time.
1. If you backed with Pledge over Time, that last payment was on January 26th, the same day the survey went out. Backerkit has a slight delay on recognizing when backers are fully paid, but it will update! Backerkit will automatically send surveys within 48 hours of final payment. Expect that they'll arrive on the 28th!
2. If you didn't use Pledge over Time, perhaps it got sent to spam or accidentally deleted. Check your trash or spam folders!
3. Are you checking the correct email account?
If you have ruled out all of these possibilities, we can resend your survey to you! Just reach out to [email protected] and we'll get that to you ASAP.
Q: I am not getting the option to choose the colors for the dice pendants in my add-on bundles.
A: We promise, it's in there! Just keep clicking "next" from the add-on menu and you will be taken to the color choices for the add-ons in your basket!
Q: Do the additional pendants in the Tiers Rewards come as pairs, or are they individual pendants? (Example: the 2 additional pendants in Array of the Seeker)
A: Each additional dice pendant is an individual, singular pendant. If you want two of a particular color to make a matching pair, select that color twice when you're prompted for your color choices! This is also true for any add-on pendant bundles.
Since we have some jewelry (like the necklace) that only uses one pendant, providing them individually was the most sensible way to go.
